3.3. If a product is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you, and a refund will be processed. Paid orders will be refunded within 7–21 business days, while Cash On Delivery (COD) orders will not be eligible for refunds.

4.1. You are responsible for your actions when using the products purchased. Peach Homes is not liable for any misuse or damages resulting from improper use.

4.2. You confirm that you are of legal age and able to form a binding contract as per Indian laws.
